Hong Kong shops are often on upper floors, so write it the way a customer would need to find you, for example "Flat B, 3/F, ... Mong Kok". Add a local phone number that you actually answer, ideally the same one on your WhatsApp and your shopfront. Set your hours, and remember to mark public holidays, Chinese New Year, and any typhoon T8 closures when they happen.
The detail that trips people up is consistency. Your name, address, and phone number should match what is written on your website, your OpenRice page, and anywhere else you appear online. When these agree, Google trusts you more and shows you more often.
Step three: verify, then fill it out
Google will ask you to verify that the business is yours. Depending on the shop, this may be by postcard to your address, by phone, by email, or by a short video. Follow the method offered and do not skip it, because an unverified profile barely shows up.
Once verified, finish the profile properly. Add a few clear photos of your shopfront, your inside, and your work or products. Write a short description in both English and Chinese so customers searching in either language understand you. Turn on messaging only if you will reply, and add your website and a way to book or order.

Keep it alive
A profile is not a set and forget job. Reply to every review, real ones only, and never buy or fake them. Post the occasional update, a new menu item, a holiday notice, a promotion.
